Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and tc77 governing your use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.
Access to tc77 is strictly limited to persons 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required at registration and prior to first withdrawal.
Each individual may register and operate only one tc77 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited in line with these Terms.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until rollover is completed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tc77 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to that jurisdiction's legal processes.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and tc77 in relation to your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the tc77 registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.
2.3 tc77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use tc77. Access to the Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. tc77 will request documentary proof of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and reserves the right to request such documentation at any time. Any Account opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register only one (1) Account on the tc77 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity, a false identity or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tc77 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate the balances of all such Accounts without notice.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, complete and current. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change. tc77 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Member.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. tc77 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that you are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using tc77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.5 KYC Verification. tc77 is required to conduct identity verification under its licensing obligations. All Members must complete KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement). tc77 may request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tc77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. tc77 staff will never request your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify tc77 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. tc77 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account following such notification but accepts no liability for losses occurring prior to notification.
4.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. tc77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Accounts as specified in the Fees Schedule, or to close inactive Accounts after providing reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
4.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tc77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's banking page, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, Visa and Mastercard. tc77 reserves the right to add, modify or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit for sportsbook activity is RM 10. The minimum deposit for casino and slot activity is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the banking page and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds into your tc77 Account from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. tc77 reserves the right to return funds deposited from sources that do not match the Account holder's verified identity.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit or, where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, to a verified payment method in your name. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the banking page. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. tc77 is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. tc77 reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse withdrawal requests where AML checks are required, and to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on tc77 are subject to the tc77 Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform. tc77 reserves the right to void, suspend or amend markets where events are cancelled, postponed, or affected by circumstances beyond tc77's control, or where market integrity is in question.
6.2 Odds Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed — including obvious pricing errors arising from system failure or human input — tc77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds. tc77 will notify affected Members and process any required refunds promptly. Exploitation of manifest odds errors constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8.
6.3 Casino & RNG Games. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino and slot games on tc77 are provided by certified third-party game providers whose systems are independently audited for fairness. tc77 does not operate the game engines directly but acts as an intermediary. Game results are final once the round is completed and the result is confirmed by the game engine.
6.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, tc77 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from system records and resolve any affected bets in accordance with the provider's established procedures.
6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. tc77 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day or per Member. These limits are specified on the relevant pages of the Platform and may be updated at tc77's discretion.
7.1 All promotions, bonuses and free bet offers made available by tc77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and timeframes are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
7.3 Abuse of Promotions. tc77 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using systematic low-risk wagering strategies to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other Members to abuse referral or cashback promotions; and providing false information to claim a promotion. tc77 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
7.4 tc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tc77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balance, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate:
9.1 All content on the tc77 Platform — including but not limited to the tc77 name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, software, text, data and game content — is the intellectual property of tc77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, adapt or create derivative works from any tc77 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 tc77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your tc77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 tc77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tc77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy, tc77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where practicable.
11.1 tc77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
11.2 If at any time you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to make immediate use of the self-exclusion tool, which can be activated from your Account settings or by contacting tc77 support. Self-exclusion will prevent you from accessing tc77 for the period you select and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
11.3 tc77 enforces the 21+ age restriction through documentary KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

12.1 You may close your tc77 Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to applicable bonus terms and pending transaction settlement) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be closed until the self-exclusion period has elapsed.
12.2 tc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to tc77. In such cases, tc77 will determine the disposition of any Account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
tc77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tc77 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and tc77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should contact tc77 support in the first instance. tc77 operates an internal dispute resolution process and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through tc77's internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by tc77's gaming licence authority. Details of the relevant dispute resolution body are available on request from tc77 support.
